Farmall 130 for plowing garden

What implements do I need to plow a small garden from scratch and the process? All I have right now is a drawbar plow.

You should mow the field as short as possible first. Assuming a grassy field, I would disk it in both directions to cut the sod. Don't need to do a good job of disking, just leave the axils almost straight and slice up the sod. Then plow it then disk it several times going length wise of the field first to smooth out the furrows then disk in all directions including diagonally.
