Fiat 411R tractor: 3 point hitch hydraulics?

Hello,
I inherited my late father's Fiat 411R tractor and I have little knowledge of it's workings...Lately, when attempting to clear snow with the back blade I found the 3 point hitch would raise slow and sluggish and eventually not raise at all...Would anyone know where the filler is to fill the hydraulic oil and how to check the level? Also, what hyd oil does it take? I understand the hydraulic system has a filter too, not sure where that is located...

The filter is a flushable screen located in the line down along the right side of the engine. Take the two bolts out of the big part toward the rear of that line. The dipstick for it is next to the parking brake lever,fill plug is next to the shift,takes a 7/8 wrench.
