Ford 3000 1973 gas Flywheel. Can it be resurfaced again?

I have a 1973 Ford gas 3000. Its time to replace the clutch. Id liek to have it resurfaced if possible.
I know its been resurfaced at least once. I seen comments on the maximum that can be removed but I dont know how much has been removed prevuously. If I can find the minimum thickness that would help.
Flywheel # C7NN-6375-R

Before joining the forum I found posting where a member "Bern" mentioned he had specs for flywheels
