Ford 3000 power steering New fuel pump won't prime

Took the control valve apart and found 2 of the 3 springs broken. Replaced springs and resealed the control valve and sector box. Now have good power steering to the left, but no power assist to the right.

The fuel pump was bypassed with a rubber line. Replaced the fuel pump and can not get it to prime. Removed the tank supply valve and screen is clean. Any experience?

Water pump pulley damage to fuel line.

Good thing you found that hole in the fuel line. It could have resulted in a nasty fire.
