That could definitely be the problem. I've not thought about that. The side lever doesn't feel like it's actually moving anything...it's very easy to move. Are those linkages fairly easy to get to/work on? I have a manual...I'll see what it says. Thanks for the input!

First step would be to drain the oil down below the bottom bolt of the round cover by your right heel as you sit on the tractor. Removing that cover will give you some access to the control valve and linkage.

Ya I found a really good video with a girl completely rebuilding her pump. I'm not going to look at right away bit will in the future at some point. Again, I appreciate the help.
