MF 230 Help with 3pt lift problems

MF 230 lift arms will only raise with draft lever in continuous pump position.
Comes up slow in continuous pump position.

Pull top cover and see what is bent worn out or stuck do both levers move freely there is a key way for inner arm and a roll pin for outer whic will break when forced of they have been froze up also linkage on cover gets rusted rollers fade away and draft linkage breaks
