MF40=Perkins AD3.152 Engine Serial Number

Trying to figure out which configuration engine I have so I can get some parts. The shop manual numbers are nothing like what I find in the area they're supposed to be, flat near fuel lift pump. Any help? There is a casting number on the L side of the block. I have included pictures of both. Sure appreciate any help I can get. Thank you! The numbers are, from top ; 1st number is upside down 23811, 152UA, 171533D. The casting number is GKN 1842J. There are no other stamps or numbers on the block.
