Engine oil....should be a round cast cap on the left front of the engine.
Hydraulic oil....top of reservoir just behind the grille.
Trans/ rear end....you can put a hose into the level ports once they are removed and fill til it flows out. Some may have a breather cap on top of the differential that can be removed and used to fill. There is also a round port with a hex nut on the left side, behind the battery compartment and in front of the transmission....use ports to determine the oil level.

On the left front at timing gear cover where hyd pump bolts on. Short pipe with 1 1/2 inch cap. Is what the 44s have.
 
As rustred says above that pipe opens to the engine timing gear housing that drive the camshaft off of the crankshaft. The cam gear is driving the hydraulic pump. The pump has a sealed shaft that the drive gear sets on keeping the hydraulic oil in the pump. Sounds like an Operators Manual might be helpful for you, see link.
