Standyne Fuel Pump Rebuild

I have been trying to educate myself on the operation and repair of DB Stanadyne fuel injection pumps. I found the attached video and find it to be very educational. It also convinced me I am not ready to try this at home.

That is the smart thing to do. I wish more would do that. I have seen some real screw ups in my time.

A good pump guy is worth their weight in gold.
Problem is they know this and charge accordingly.
I still would never attempt to rebuild my own pump.
