Suitcase weight bracket bolt torque

On a 4255, what is the torque for the 19H2431 bolts? They are the 3/4 x 2&1/4 inch Grade 8 bolts which attach the R117599 suitcase weight bracket to the tractor.

The best answer I have found so far is 365 ft-lbs dry.

Any helpful hints about suitcase weights? I've used slab weights to this point, so I'm still learning about suitcase weights.

Standard torque for that size is 400 dry 325 lubed.
