It looks a lot like my King Cutter but I think a lot of the brands were built pretty similar

King Kutter all had a hole in top of deck to reach through with a socket to remove blades. I do not see the hole on this mower or maybe the photo just does not show it.

I will say it is an International Machinery aka World Agritech Corp (WAC). We have one. Sturdy machine. They are no longer made. DN Equipment has parts for them, if needed.
