How can I cut the center out of these JD wheel weights? Want to mount them on a Farmall 65.

If they are cast iron Milling, If cast Steel a plasma torch would make short work of it. (need about 100 amp torch, not a 120 volt unit. Jim

Why not de face some IH 1 piece or 2 piece weights to do this?? You can sell the Deere weights and buy the IH weights for less money. Some Deere guy will be happy and so will you. I would love to buy some of those Deere Z weights, but they are never available close to home it seems. Pains me to see these destroyed.

Aside from shipping which I understand is a serious consideration I too would think you could sell those, buy the common IHC weights, and have some jingle in your pocket at the end of the day.

Instead of spending money to have some rough cut up iron hanging on your tractor.

I have 10 BW 701s witch are the same weight but no one wants them because they are not genuine JD. Keep putting off running across scales for 5-6 cents a pound. Had tractor jocky offer me 5.00 dollars a piece if I would deliver to him.

Nobody tractor pulls in your area? Seems like most of them are looking for more wheel weights

The "common IHC weights" come no closer to fitting than these Deere weights do. A "Farmall 65" is a modern compact tractor, either a 65A or 65C, made in India or Italy, respectively.

Those "common IHC weights" aren't all that cheap anymore either. People are paying upwards of $150 each for them. Not that long ago you could get a pair for $100, not anymore.

I got them on the tractor. Stil have to touch up some of the paint I scuffed while mounting.

It may be the same family of tractor as my Workmaster. I forget which import Red and Blue tractors match up.
