    One more thing to point out. If you go by a hydralic shop and get 1/4 inch hydralic hose it will last decades longer than that thin tubing will.

    The truck should be a 71 or 72 . If the inside door panel Is metal 71. if its plastic its72.

    On early chevys the ground went just to the fire wall. It would help if this is the case on this Merc to go to the engine block.

    I'll offer one suggestion. pull valve cover and check valve lash. I had a problem on a Cat pony motor not long ago and it was a lose valve adjuster on an intake valve. May swap the coil on the ignition also.

    Horsepower to run an AC66 combine

    On my AC66 it has a slip rachet device that is spring loaded. Not a true slip clutch with disk. May need to back off the nut on the one large spring.

    Just another step. Take a set of jumper cables and connect the battery ground to the starter case and positive side to the starter post. What you are checking by this is the starter has a good ground. Six volt starter should work just fine 12 volt battery. My Case dc 3 has been set up...

    Why is my 1976 510 john deere spinning over slow

    I would order me a new starter for 510. My past experience on a 2955 was about the same. Nobody rebuilds starters around here any more. New starter problem solved.

    John Deere H running bad high carbon

    I would check the intake air from end to end. From where it enter to the carb. This will be the cheapest thing to do next. You can make sure the oil levels right in the breather also.

    Cheap tractor for tilling

    I'm with Cash4. An older tractor with disc harrow would work. Every thing we do is about time. The speed/time with an 8 foot harrow would be nice. An arena is about an acre. Time would be a factor here.
