78% of the earth's atmosphere is nitrogen, so regular air from your compressor is already very high in nitrogen.
 
While you're in there getting your tires winterized, don't forget to have them do this.

Bicycling across the Rockies many years ago we told a girl she had to stop on the Continrntel Divide and change her tire air from West air to East air. Hard to believe, but we caught up with her on top of some pass or other, and she was pumping a rear tire back up ..... True story.

Just FYI...

It is not the nitrogen that keeps the pressures constant with temperature changes.

It is the moisture in regular compressed air that causes the pressure changes as temperature changes. The nitrogen works better because it is near perfectly dry.

If you eliminate the moisture from your air supply, you get the same effect.
