Hello all! Well, after about 6 months of work... We were able to hear the 1929 GP breathe for the first time in an unknown amount of time. Fresh carb rebuild, magneto rebuild, governor disassembled, cleaned,
and inspected, fan shaft refurbish (new bearings, and clutch discs). Transmission splined shaft replacement. Some other odds and ends.. It actually runs quite well with the exception of the governor/throttle
response. The hand lever seems to have no affect on the operation of the governor or throttle, but when manipulating the governor by hand the tractor responds appropriately. It seems all pieces are moving as
they should by hand without binding or sticking. Anyone have any ideas on where to start with this? See attached video for the first start.
