454 Replacement Radiator Question

I need a replacement radiator for my IH 454 and was wondering if anyone knows if a 574 gas tractor radiator will work on the 454?
The height is about 1 1/2 inches higher , the width is the same and the rest of it looks the same. The price is about $500. The re core is going to be about $700 to $800 dollars. They are no longer making the 454,464 replacements. Thanks for any suggestions.

Did you try Ap Air? They have a website. I've bought a couple radiators from them. Thefit like a glove.

Some years ago a local radiator shop replaced the whole core on my 574 rad. Much cheaper than
buying new.

Two of my tractors have been recored at a
local shop. Another one has an
aftermarket radiator. I won't do that
again. The aftermarket holds almost a
gallon less than the original.

My local shop still uses cores made here
in the US. They are much heavier than
aftermarket and holds the proper amount
of fluid. They are more expensive. Your
$$$ your call.
