JD 1120 The lift arms will raise all the way up if the control lever is not all the way down. No in between. I have moved the draft control lever in all positions and no change. I do not have a repair manual, so what is your thoughts please.
 
My guess is cam follower(shaded part) broke or got out of correct place in linkage or spring broke
