Oil on Brakes

I was working on the brakes on my MF 204 Workbull and saw the right side brake was covered in oil when I remove the brake drum. See picture. I guess there must be a oil seal on the axle that is leaking. How much of a job is it to replace the seal and do I need to pull the axle trumpet off to get to the seal?

There are two seals, the INNER one holds the oil back and is leaking. I would pull the axle assembly and change it, and leave the OUTER seal alone. Just pack it with more grease, clean the oil off all the soaked parts and reuse if the shoes are good. To change the outer seal is a really tough job and it won't leak IF the INNER seal holds like it's supposed to.
