RTU oil seal in axel

I am having trouble getting this oil seal bearing holder off, the other side came right off it even had plugs you could take out and put bolts in to push it off, the left side does not. I can’t get it to budge at all. Any tricks? I need to get this seal changed. Thanks

I got it off, turned it and put bolts from the inside and pushed it off, Thanks
