Sheppard SD3 no fuel one cylinder

This is posted for a buddy of mine. He's working on a Sheppard SD-3

Sheppard tractor has a number one fuel pump problem that I have not figured out yet I can get it started and it runs on two of the three cylinders, but the number one cylinder is getting no fuel at all. There is no name on the injection pump.

We're both leery of digging into the pump without some knowledge. I suspect a stuck pump plunger, but not sure what to do about it.

Anybody have any pointers?

Brandon

Pretty simple low pressure pumps, they were made by Sheppard. There is a very small allen bleeder screw at the base of each pump. Open those, and see if you have fuel there.
