The 3 cyl 3TN66UJ in my JD 332 garden tractor will not respond to the throttle lever. Fuel pump good, solenoid good, fresh fuel filter & lines, injectors & fuel injection pump good...starts and idles, just won't throttle up. A tech can manually move the fuel rail/rack when running and it responds but doesn't respond to throttle lever movement. How do you synch the throttle lever to the governor & FI pump fuel rail?
