29 LND: L Trans. ser. number
It is not a transmition SN it is a transmition casting number. It is on the right side down by drain plug. It is a rectangle with numbers in it. 18252 is not the production it is 1852. remember everybody has said you take the first and fourth number and subtract 3 for year the remaining numbers...- 29LND

I am 30 miles NW of Fargo. So far less than 30 inchs but the drifts are big and hard from the strong winds. Wehave had winds 45to50 MPH- 29LND

What is casting date on the transmition? This can be found lower right side of transmition near the front of casting. My 29L SN 305203 casting date is 2-29 which means my transmition was casted February of 29 All of my information says my 29 is older. For everbody here in eastern North Dakota we...- 29LND
