    Yes I beleive this is it and after looking at again last night the weep hole is closer to engine than I thought and is indeed I think the seal behind the clutch throw out bearing as thats the weep hole im referring too in the illustration. and its hydraulic fluid not oil so its the trans side...

    NO the leak is definately between the transmission and rear end. The weep hole has a cotter pin in it. all fluid has leaked out I assume up to the leak point and thats why I think it may very well be the pto shaft end seal?? but I will get a picture of where it all leaked out from and post it...
