    J.I. Case 1594 Vs Case IH 1594

    There is an older J.I. Case 1594 nearby that is for sale. I started trying to research the tractor, only to find that it was only produced for 2 years, and built in Britain. Thereafter they became Case IH 1594 s. Can anyone tell me if they share any parts? Or is the David a brown version unique...

    Duitz Allis

    None were put together in West Allis, they probably had some there for tests etc,, I think Coldwater Ohio was the first place Deutz Allis tractors were put together after Agco, the only Allis in the first Deutz Allis was the Allis name and decal,, very sad

    AC engineering

    A lot was operator abuse , but AC should have done something to fix this in my opinion, new 200 tractors jumped out of gear on the dealer lot brand new

    Historical question, NOT a flame...

    Allis Chalmers had good equipment, its the age of big powere etc, and turning the injector pumps up what killed the machines early , , and idiots like the one who started this post that made Allis look bad in certain catagories

    One of Allis,s finest tractors no matter what Butch says,, that 301 diesel is a great engine along with the rest of the machine,, they are prone to jumping out of gear in the tranny, but that's an AC flaw that never was corrected,, if you don't buy it Id be interested,, email is...

    True about the 426, but you have to turn down the rpm,s to around 2350, then they live a long life

    parting out a 190

    Bypass the factory fuel pump with electric , hook it into the key switch wiring and good to go

    Allis Chalmers 160

    They are tough little tractors , parts ARE out there , through AGCO and other internet sources, usual wear items are simple to get ,, don't know why people run down these off breed AC,S , 160 has a Perkins ENGINE , VERY COMMON,, some guys just aernt real smart I guesss, sounds like a good deal !

    7000 Series

    No 7000 series jumped out of gear like the 100 series did,, you would have thought Ac would have changed that design on the 100 series as people have gotten killed on a gear jumping 190 !
