    How to clean 100% silicone off new shower surround

    I put in an Onyx shower surround, basically the same as fiberglass. They recommended to apply the silicone to the joints then wet the entire surface with denatured alcohol using a regular spray bottle. I was surprised how easy it was to clean up the excess silicone.

    Carpal Tunnel

    I had both done about five years ago, had wrap on each until the second day, incision was about 3/4" long, had band-aid on for few more days. Was limited to lifting 10 lbs. I think for four or five weeks. Immediate relief and haven't had a problem since.
