    D Dual Exhaust

    I saw a D at Rantoul about 3 years ago that had duals. Earl Seamands said the pipes were far enough away from the hood as not to discolor the paint from the heat. Don't know where the manifold came from.

    Trailer tires

    I just put four 225/75/15 8 ply Carlisle on my 7K car hauler for $515.33 at Farm & Fleet. There was a Chinse symbol on the label but could not find where they were made on the tire?? An thinking about a 34' GN and wondering about 215/70/17.5?? About a $100 more. I am not planing on hauling that...

    6030 W/Sound Gard(PIC)

    Brad Walk is the 6030 champ. He has #1 sn and has shown it at I & I shows at Penfield and Rantoul, IL. You will never see any that are any better.

    4020 water pump replacement - how bad?

    I have pulled the water pump several times on my brother's 4010D in the old days with the radiator on. Like Tim says put something between the them like beans pallet have under the bags. It is hard to get the shroud on and fan bolts back in but can be done.

    Fan shaft housing leak on a 1949 JD A

    Just removed the fan shaft to paint on my 38 B. Earl IL told me how and it should work for your A? I had the hood off and fixing the fuel tank. Take bolts out of shroud and 2 large bolts in the bottom of the radiator. Take the 2 bolts out of the front support and the 4 out of the governor...

    Maybe your trees protected the corn. Relates in Lynchburg still have no electricity and trees are down in streets. Weird year, and it is not over. Here in central IL, never got any rain at the farm. Just finished 175th year celebration parade in Farmer City with my 36 BW and got .2 in town.

    4010 bales hay

    Sure glad your having hay that good. Here in central IL, it would take at least 3 or 4 windrows to make those. Around Olney, IL, insurance is paying off for corn already. Great pictures and no broken bales or riding the rack.

    needed 5/16" copper gland and nut

    Steiner has steel ones ans complete steel lines. I have tried to unsoder old steel ones and couldn't do it. I use brake lines because they will bend better than copper.
