I took measurements and it looks to be the same,the bolt holes all match,the oil pan is a little different but it looks like it will fit.- 444marlin

The tractor is pretty faded out but there is 5 stars in a circle,and the engine tag has 336D on it,it has a Bosch inline fuel injection pump on it.- 444marlin

I have a model U diesel with the 283 engine it has a coolant leak into the oil,I have a good 336 diesel engine out of a jet star it looks like it may fit.Do you guys know if it will bolt in? thanks for your help- 444marlin
