Jim has given you some good advice and information, especially with his last pictures. Just keep in mind that he said "similar". Some of his parts are not the same as stock WD/WD-45 drawbar parts. But close. Someone has made replacement parts or custom parts for some reason for the actual drawbar.- 4wdtom

As the threaded holes are on the bottom of the tractor they aren't likely filled with dirt or debris but still may benefit from a good cleaning. Well it does sound like a spring or adjustment is off in the pump/valve. Can you push the lift arms down after they have raised up with the hand lever in the down position? I think Jim.MEd will agree with me when I suggest you follow the procedure in the AC manual to set and adjust the pump/valve. And then there are 3 different modes the pump and valve can be set to depending on what you want the hydraulic system to do. These are explained in the manual and how...- 4wdtom

I would suggest you study the diagram in the last picture Jim sent. If I click on it, it enlarges. It shows how all the parts fit together. Many of the parts in your pictures are upside down, that is the part setting on the ground goes on the top and attaches to the tractor.- 4wdtom

It looks like you have the bent steel arm that goes up from the forward hitching bracket to the bottom of the hand clutch lever to disengage the hand clutch if a plow hits something solid.
