    OK, I have located the numbers on the plate by the starter Here is what I see KD4141 6m12B c768779* Also is the oil filler cap toward the front of the engine on the right side, with a different type of cap on it, sort of like a boat plug? Anyone know the year and if it is an A,B,C or whatever

    Just purchased a used ford 445 and trying to determine year, etc. for the tractor these are my codes KD414K 6M126 C768779 Can anyone decipher what these mean. The only info I found was that is might be a 445A, however in yesterdays tractor it does not state the A came in 4 wheel drive...
