Trailer Tires
What size tires? Many of the 16'' tires on trailers are light truck tires and hold up better because they are higher speed rated (M or N), most 17.5 tires are lower speed rated due to cost and don't last long, problem is they look perfect up until the minute they blow out. Leaking NPT swivel connections
The male NPT has to have the 30 degree seat to seal, not all of them are 30 degree but the fitting might be stamped 30 degree or may have a tag on it when purchased new.
