    Kohler K series fuel pump kit and K341 value.

    Does a fuel pump rebuild kit exist for these anymore or are you stuck buying the stupid plastic pump? I have a K341 in a marquette welder. Engine runs good, machine welds good. A local has a 341 advertised for $650 on craigslist, are they really bringing that much? Guy seems to know his stuff...

    Hough Loader 70 Value

    I would run the other way. There was a terex articulating loader with a detroit and side dump bucket for $5500, he had it on craigslist for at least 2 years. The 70 would probably be a 4000 machine where I"m at. Nobody uses them anymore except as toys or something to have around the house.

    The neighbor adds power service before the bulk tank is filled by supplier and I add it to the bobcat before fueling to ensure its mixed, so its getting plenty. The neighbor is also having a lot of gelling problems. May have to try howes Or another additive.

    Its definetly gelling, I have a plastic inline fuel filter to catch the ugly stuff before it gets to the regular filter...a deutz mechanic suggested this, it looks like red slush when it gells. 2 minutes with a heat gun and its running. The part I don't understand is it hasn't gelled at -10f...

    Heres an interesting thing thats happened to me. I have a bobcat 873 loader I use for plowing snow and helping out at the neighbors farm. I'm running dyed off road fuel treated with power service arctic formula. Twice at 10-15f it has gelled up. However I've run it at -10 - 5f with no problems...

    Foam filled tires/rims

    I just turned down a skid steer with foam filled tires, and that was one of the reasons I did. Its nice until the tires are bald. These were 1/4 tread. He was talking it up like it was the best thing since sliced bread, until you have to replace them.

    I was looking for a couple case manuals, he said he had the ones I was looking for. He wanted my address presumably for shipping costs. A few days later they showed up! I hadnt even paid for them yet! I cut him a check shortly after. Great guy, knowledgeable on older case construction equipment.

    White Tractors

    A buddies farm has a 2-65 white iseki. They bought it new. We figure it has around 15000 hours. Motor has never been apart and it will start first crank on the coldest winter day.
