So since I don't have tractor split at this time I checked endplay on pinion shaft and had to really pry with a pry bar to barely get .0005. Don't think there is anything major with pinion shaft bearings. So I'm in the process of finding a center housing. -

So since I don't have tractor split at this time to properly check rolling torque with a spring scale I checked endplay on pinion shaft and had to really pry with a pry bar to barely get .0005 so don't believe there is anything major with pinion shaft bearing wear. So I'm in the process of... -

I removed the right rear wheel, axle housing and brake assembly and differential before i realized your suggestions to split between trans and rear center housing and found the pinion pilot bearing housing busted, did not find any pieces of housing in rear end so this was busted out before I got... -

Pulled the top off of rear end and can just see down in front of differential to where that pinion bearing is and can see that the rollers are definitely missing. So I guess the next thing is to remove right wheel, axle and axle housing and remove the differential to inspect for damage.
