    Allis chalmers 8010 pto

    Hi all, I flipped the pto on my allis 8010 from 540 to 1000, since putting it to the 1000 shaft it slowly seeps out oil from where the shaft bolts on. It never leaked on the 540 shaft, and I only want to use it with the 1000. Any ideas why it’s leaking or how to stop the leak would be appreciated.

    Yeah I have thought it could be draining the lines but not the injector pump. It doesn't seem to ever try to start when cranking then die it just cranks for a while, white smoke comes out slowly, then it starts firing. Heat does certainly make all the difference.

    The white smoke takes a while to appear. I'll have a look for any obvious air leaks, I don't believe it's fuel draining back because someone mentioned that to me in the past, but there seems to always be diesel in the injection pump, even though it's above the fuel tank.

    Yeah it's got the m100 and I do always start it with some revs, normally full. Yes it does have a lot of white smoke coming out when cranking.

    I have been using the tractor for the last few days and there's no real improvement on starting, so now I'm back to believing its a fuel issue. My neighbour said they had a john deere 4040 that started just as terribly, they ended up selling it because it was so bad compared to their other...

    Ok thanks for that, mine is a 1984 and I believe did change a few things on the later ones so maybe that became standard on later ones?

    Yeah I thought it was very weird that the either is injected right into the H of Chalmers And I have tried searching workshop manuals and even the agco dealer looked up diagrams and couldn't find any ports in the manifold so someone must have added it.

    There are only 4 8000 series Allis tractors in NZ and to my knowledge they were imported from allis dealers in the USA not direct from the factory.

    Ok I'll have to try that because I do think the either start has been working, but it works now. I have been just spraying either into the air filter inlet, but the either start should be more effective since it's in the engine

    Fiat f100 fuses

    Hi all I have a 1994 Fiat F100, but don't have an owners manual. I'm wanting a fuse diagram so if anyone has one it would be very much appreciated if you could upload it on here. Thanks.

    I will try get a good photo of it tomorrow, it goes straight into the bottom of the air intake manifold on the engine and has a fuel line going into it to help heat the air going into the engine. I have only managed to find a similar part on our Fiat tractors. I'm not the most mechanically...
