    Auxiliary hydraulics for 3400

Thank you for the response. I decided to pass and hold out for a complete unit. Should be plenty getting unloaded after the season ends for fair prices.

    Auxiliary hydraulics for 3400

Edit: I meant to say, plumb some lines to the front and add a lift cylinder. Dang phone changes the right words and keeps the wrong ones

    Auxiliary hydraulics for 3400

I know they have the kits that mount under the seat to add smaller hydraulics ran off the tractor pump. My book is buried but what psi do those run at? My loader fell off is blocks and sank in the ground during a wet month while the tractor was in the garage getting work done. It's now frozen...

Ford 3400 gasser headgasket progress with pictures..

I used dollar store oven cleaner to clean all the crud off mine. The fuel pump was completely covered, as in I didn't even know it was there (bypassed by previous owner) until I read about it in the book and on here. Lots of scrapping then ran it to warm energy thing up, hit it with oven...

Ford 3400 gasser headgasket progress with pictures..

I have a '69 mode, fingers crossed it holds up for awhile. Any tips or things you'd do different to pass along? I've done them in cars plenty and can't imagine they would be much different.

Belt change on a 3000 series with a 730 loader

Just saw how open yours is. I couldn't get to the crank shaft bolts so I undid it at the coupler, might be able to just undo the pump and pry the shaft out carefully.

Belt change on a 3000 series with a 730 loader

Hardest part was the fan shroud so I cut a little notch in it to make it easier to get the belt over the fan blades. To about 45 minutes since my pump was covered in filth that needed...

Ford 3400 clutch release support housing seal

Oh its back together, the seal was alittle loose on the shaft but I saw there is a thicker portion closer to the bearing in the front of the trans. My mom went in for back surgery saturday after hurting it 3 weeks ago so it will be a bit before my dad can come help me roll the 2 together. I...

Ford 3400 clutch release support housing seal

Got the new parts in and had a small window to get some stuff done. Knocked the old seal out (garter spring on the gear box side of the housing if that makes sense) and put the new one in the same way I removed the old one. The new seal (#83924924) has some rubber on the outer rim which tore...
