    901 Gas to Diesel swap

    Thanks for the info. Sounds like it should be doable. I'm told the gas tractor had new discs and flywheel surfaced not too long ago so now just have to see if I can get the price right. Thanks again for all the input.

    Should have added that I was told the main issue may be flywheel and clutch. The gas engine would I believe have a 2 disc clutch setup - does this pose any problems?

    I'm about 10 miles south of York on hiway 81. Pump should just need cleaned and resealed - I had the tractor running a few years ago but it has been sitting for a while.

    My manual doesn't cover it but I found several videos on line. At least I was on the right track. Would this put diesel into the crankcase oil as well? I checked it tonight and way over full - Thanks for the info.
