    I would like to remove the choke rod off this carb for cleaning, but it is held on by a spring clip of some kind ... Anyone know if/how this clip can be removed? I don't see whether to twist or pull. I imagine the rod will slide right out once the clip comes off.

    I have just completed a rebuild of the Touch Control reservoir on a Super C, which seems to have solved most of the hydraulic issues I was having ... Except: the fast hitch still moves down too slowly with very little down pressure. Anyone have an idea what could be preventing down-pressure?

    I have two Super C's, 1953 and 1954: both are unrestored original and have the little squarish IH logo. I kind of like the look of the long farmall logo though. If I had one, I might put it on. Original, or not. :)
