Replacing floor of OLD pickup box trailer

If you want something though, you should get some Oak 2x8s. They are getting harder to find these days, but you might have some luck at a local sawmill or mill shop. Counter sink the bolt heads and what ever you put in or take out will slide with ease. Some of the old trimmers even pour a quart...

    1978 Hyster H200 HE

I figured it out that it is a wet clutch. There is a jet pump attached to the clutch housing that pumps cooling oil into the clutch assembly. I can stop the oil from filling up the bell housing via the Hydraulic oil shut off valve. Next time I need to pull the starter off, I just need to drain...

    1978 Hyster H200 HE

I had a WD 45 a couple years back. Never had to service the clutch on it. Anyways im my manual, I found that it does have a wet clutch. So would the oil I drained out of the bell housing be gear oil or just hydraulic oil from the hydraulic oil resivor?

    1978 Hyster H200 HE

The Dealer's price was $250, but I downloaded it last night from a company on the internet, TradeBit, for $24. I got the Parts manual and the Service Manual. There is a lot of information here. I'm going to try to go through it today.

    1978 Hyster H200 HE

Steve, Having oil in the bell housing is something I have not seen before either. However, at the very bottom, there is a drain pepcock. The oil appears to be engine oil. I am going to call my local service dealer tomorrow and see if I can get a service manual.

    1978 Hyster H200 HE

I recently purchased a 1978 Hyster HS200 HE with a shuttle shift transmission and a Perkins 354 engine. The other day I noticed a study oil drip coming from around solenoid housing on the starter. I pulled the starter off and about 3 quarts of oil came out of the bell housing. Should there be...
