    Just for clarity because it looks like this has been taken out of proportion, this post was my own personal opinion and in no in any association with the guys up at Lawrence County. I was simply stating about both clubs having alot of the same days.

    In my opinion, the divison 2T needs to have division 2 engine rules and keep the div 3 chassis rules. Right now it's more like a division 3T.

    Am I the only one to notice Big Knob scheduled their pulls the same days as Lawrence County? Not that I would go their anyways but this eliminates me being able to go to Big Knob if I wanted to.

    Tallmadge Natpa pull

    This was my first pull with NATPA and certainly will not be my last. I had a great time running Friday and Saturday and am looking forward to running more pulls next winter.

    Aluminum Front Wheels

    I noticed at Tallmadge that there were a few tractors that had solid aluminum front wheels drilled for 6 bolt hubs. Could anybody tell me where I could get a set?

    John Deere A transmissions?

    The lightest I was able to get mine down to was 4800, that's stripping all the hydraulics, getting rid of the roll-o-matic, and put pressed wheels on it.

    This is correct about the 50's A tractors. If you're going to use it for stock pulling and do little or no modifications, I'd use the straight 6 speed on the 50's years. If you're looking to build it up, use the older one so you have more ground speed and a lighter setup.

    I run my 14.9's on a 14" rim and found it to work great on any type of track.

    Adding to this post rather than post my own, What are some of the things that have been done for putting aluminum wheels on JD's? I can't really find an aluminum 6 bolt.

    It's not made from a bus, we put a cummins and transmission from a bus on it to replace the old ford big block that we used.
