First of all I didn't know that shutoff on the bottom of the tank existed. I didn't know about the factory shutoff until you mentioned it. Thanks for the detailed information on that, very helpful ! Second when I was changing filters and I disconnected the filter on the tank side it just barely... -

It was running fine with an inline fuel filter which it has had for years, last time I added fuel the same thing happened and it was a clogged filter, so I replaced filter and it has worked fine until I added fuel recently, that's when the current problem began, I replaced filter and I still... -

My 2000 gas tractor cranks fine, revs up good, runs for 1-2 minutes, then sputters and shuts off. New inline filter, carb is 3-4 years old , no more than 10-15 hours on carb, tractor not used much, sits in barn. -

Thanks for replying. You are exactly right about the filter, probably a lawn tractor filter, however I have used one similar for years with no problem. I might try that. I disconnected fuel line Before going into the filter and still just a few drops of fuel, so I believe the blockage is further... -

1963 ford 2000 4 cyl hydraulic lift goes up,down,up,down,etc
i recently drained old hyd & trans fluids and replaced with UTF. Old fluids were tan colored & stinky. Immediatly the lift started working, it would lift & stay up. Now it lifts up, falls 2-3 inches, lifts up, falls 2-3 inches, and so on. It never goes ALL the way down to the ground... -

i have Ford 601 {12v converted] that would not do anything when pushing start button. replaced solenoid {from auto parts] , and when key is turned solenoid clicks, thats all, start button never pushed. Got 2nd solenoid from YT, turn key, all good, push start button, starter turns...but NEVER...
