    if you have a wico XB mag, you need to supply juice to the mag. its not a mag in the same sense as the usual fairbanks mags found on most allis. the XB is a kind of early distributor and won't stand alone with out battery juice.

    the bottom angle iron that takes all the abuse is 5/16. i think what has some folks confused is the lighter angle iron on top. that just is the lift setup and doesn't take the abuse of pushing snow.

    actually, that"s a picture of my wd with plow last year after i lost the one front wheel. i bought that wd with that set up already on it, and used it for the last 7 or 8 years to plow snow at my business. its made out of very heavy angle iron and pushed a lot of snow without bending. whoever...
