    Fordson Major Narrow Front

Not interested in selling. Has some family history and we bought it since we haven't seen any other narrow fronts. The tractor needs work but it runs and the tin is straight. I will post picture for others to see.

    Tricycle Power Major

Here is the narrow front major my Dad has (molinepuller). It was his grandfather. He couldn't get picture to post.

    IH M gears

Did they make a faster 3rd gear for a M? What would cause 5th gear to jump out when driving? My Grandpa had a MD that he said had a faster 3rd gear. We have a 1939 M early production that we are rebuilding the motor. Going to add live hydraulic.

    7060 engine swap

You have a 426 cube in the tractor. The combine is a 301. Rebuild you motor or find a 426 motor. I personally like rebuilding what I have because I know what was done to it and it will last.

    Deutz Allis 9190

Is your alternator charging and the tach working? On our 9170 seat won't work when it's not charging. The seat is battery powered.

    Case 450c Dozer

I have not seen it in person. On the floor boards there is a pedal on the right what I assume is the throttle. What are the 2 pedals on the left for? You steer the dozer with the 2 levers by the seat. I have never operated a dozer, just loader tractors.

    Case 450c Dozer

I am looking for a small dozer to clean feence rows and tree lines and still be able to haul it on a gooseneck trailer. I located a Case 450C 6 way blade with 1060 hours for sale(don't know what year or if hours are correct). Can some one school me on under carriage life %. I understand this...

    Raising Pigs

I'm located east of St. Louis in southern Il. We get cold winters but never below 10 degrees for a long time. Our summers are hot with high humidity. Could you build a shelter with infloor water heat and skip the bedding? How do you keep pigs cool on concrete? What are your feed mixtures? I have...

    Raising Pigs

Does any one on here raise pigs? I'm thinking about raising 6 feeder pigs on a old concrete cow lot. What kind of shelter does a pig need and do you have to bed them? I have read online about feed ratios. They say a pig needs 16% protein and then wean to 12% as it grows. It appears corn...

    Power Unit

How can you tell that it's on natural gas? What needs to be done to run propane?

    AC 7040 no heat

Check to make sure heater lines don't have valves closed coming off the block.

    46 JD A horsepower

You could stroke the crank. That would wake it up more than a overbore. I know a place that does good work and fast turn around time.

    Power Unit

I have a power unit that we bought many years back when we built a G moline puller for parts. I'm thinking for getting it running and using it on a pto grain dryer and maybe a generator for back up. Does it run on liquid or vapor propane and how efficient is it? Can I adapt a pto shat to it? I...

    Grain Dryers

Thanks, it sure beats moving wagons around. It works for us. Grandpa bought the dryer off a local farmers insurance agent after a load caught on fire. I'm guessing that was in the mid to late 70s. It has been moved a lot and dryed many bushels. We have a 1000 to 540 pto adaptor that...
