    Pulled the drain plug and felt the tube and screen floating around in there. I hope that it is an easy fix! Thanks again for the 8n advice and know how.

    Yes, my oil pressure was Zero!..Now I have been having an issue with my gauge and Thought that is was going crazy again. So I did ignore it a little. When I noticed it was at zero I started back to the barn and this is when it happened.

    I had two coils and both were shot. I bought a new one and BOOM a little light shined. I MUST THANK Many, In the virtual world I must buy you all a Beer at least. Thanks to: Bruce JMORE Dell Ed S. Tom N MS Hobo Jimmy in TN 36 Coupe I still don't know how to post a picture?

    if it is at 1.9 v and not 3 to 6v is that the problem?

    everything is at .2 ohms from the top of the condenser to the opened point. The other point is grounded. It ran when I started this whole thing. It has to be something so simple!

    After looking at the posting from the other day. I see the star washers. I don't have any on. Also when comparing the picture from the other posting, my insulator on the basket screw doesn't look as nice as the one in the picture. I am going out to check the continuity right now.

    yes, it is the voltage reading at the top of the coil.

    just went out to test it again and with it all hooked up it is steady at 1.9 v.....I have checked so many things I am getting delirious.
