    There is a small pipe plug on the bottom of the float bowl. Remove the plug, start the tractor and see if there is a stream of gas coming out of the carb. If not, shut off the tractor, remove the fuel line at the carb, and see if gas runs out of the line. If there’s no gas out of the line...
