    Anyone rebuilding injector pumps?

Thanks. I've looked at these. I just don't have the time. Got a 1967 Triumph to rebuild and it's a lot harder to ship off.

    Anyone rebuilding injector pumps?

My 135's injector pump has increased its leakage significantly. I figured it's time to get it rebuilt. We don't have any tractor places around here that will do it for less than the price of a new pump. I read on here that Dieseltech used to do them. Not sure about now. No way to send a PM.

How do I attach a seat belt to the 135?

The side of hill with various ditches and what my neighbor calls dikes. They were designed to prevent erosion when the place was a tobacco farm. There are plenty of holes hidden in the weeds that can cause a sudden shift in the tractor stability, not to mention the stream with steep banks...

How do I attach a seat belt to the 135?

I added a ROPS to the 135 this summer. The belt attachment kit Bare-Co sent has U-bolts that are too small to fit around the frame of the ROPS. Is there a way to attached them to the seat? I'd rather have them there anyway, due to the spring. I prefer the standard seat over an aftermarket...

Who made this one row planter?

Found this for sale. I have no familiarity with planters. Trying to figure out who made it so I can see if it's missing anything, and figure out how to set it up. I can makes out Williams on the tag, but nothing else. [/img:f602f51fdf]

MF135 diesel acts like it's out of fuel

I think I figured out the problem. The strainer/filter on the tank petcock has disintegrated and blocked the flow. I pulled it, got it cleaned out and air flows through it perfectly. Only problem is, I don't have a strainer anymore. Any ideas on where to get one? I was hoping that it shared...

MF135 diesel acts like it's out of fuel

Went out today to have a look. Opened the drain on the bottom of the filter and fuel poured out. Closed that up and opened the lower bleeder on the injector pump. Cranked it and fuel came out. Did the same to the upper, and got fuel. Closed them up and the engine fired up. Drove it around...

MF135 diesel acts like it's out of fuel

Good question on the filters. I'll have to look when I get back out there. Invariably, it always stops working when I'm no where near the garage. How do I access the stand pipe? Pull the tap?

MF135 diesel acts like it's out of fuel

I was working the 135 for about an hour or so and it suddenly started acting like it was out of fuel. I shut it off and checked the tank. Found about 3" worth in the tank. I cracked the injector pump lower bleeder and nothing but air came out. I opened the bleeder on the filter and nothing...

Got tractor back together. Now, no lift.

Pulled the little cover. Looks like I bent the standpipe when putting the big cover back on. New one should be here Thursday.

Got tractor back together. Now, no lift.

Can the standpipe be removed and replaced without pulling the big cover? The manual shows a standpipe cap that is removable.

Got tractor back together. Now, no lift.

I was able to get the lift cover back on today. Had to do it alone with my backhoe, but it looks right. I re-installed the roller. After refilling with fluid and starting it up, I did a test run around the yard. It runs in all gears. Now, the lift won't work. I apparently missed something...

    Repairing differential pinion shaft threads?

I was able to clean the threads up with the file. After an initial hard start, the nut threaded on relatively easily. I use a fork seal tool for an old Triumph to tighten it up. I think I over torqued it though, was thinking 20 ft lb vs in lb. I'll have to correct that before I put the cover...

    Repairing differential pinion shaft threads?

One big difference I'm seeing is that yours calls for 6-8 in-lb while my manual calls for 20 in-lb. I could probably do the same thing, but applying 6 2/3 lb of pressure with a spring scale, which I don't have laying around. About the closest device I have is a pocket fish scale.

    Repairing differential pinion shaft threads?

I've narrowed down the issue with my 135. I still can't get the pinion out, but I think I can reassemble it in the tractor. I got a new lock nut and tried to thread it onto the shaft tonight. It won't go because the threads at the front of the shaft are damaged slightly. I'm thinking of...
