    Carry it to your local Napa Store, that is where I got mine from. They had 1 sitting on the shelf for $15 (the whole wheel cylinder). Owner said it been on the shelf for like 20 years, lol.

    My uncle just checked the rubber hoses and as you said it only uses one hose but he said that the rubber hose is on the drivers side (the culprit side) and then it has a t-fitting that goes to the other side.     Btw, each time I worked on the brakes I did a bench bleed on the master cylinder and bled all 8 wheel cylinders and power booster unit :-).

    It the master cylinder is in the truck still, remove the hardline off the master cylinder and push a rubber hose in its place (must be a tight fit), let the hose route back into the master cylinder and into the brake fluid. Get someone to pump the pedal till you no longer have any air bubbles...
