    John Deere MT

Yes,thanks, got me motivated to work on it. Previous owner made a three point hitch, but only goes up to level, can't see how it would pick up an implement high enough to use. Also what oil goes in hydraulic? Thanks again..

    John Deere MT

Thanks for the information. What type oil goes in housing? Also, how hard is it to work on the brakes?

    John Deere MT

I've got an MT and just noticed the front tires are off-set. I guess that is normal? Also where are the grease fittings for the front tower. I found only one on the very top. Thanks...

    JD 40W

Your right, if it doesn't have a bucket and 4wd, they don't seem to want it. That's ok, for those of us that enjoy the popping sound and the classics, we'll continue on.

Thanks for the insight. I lucked up, this thing is as close to being show room without the new paint. All original lights and tin perfect.

    JD 40W

I've had this for years in my shop. Old buddy of mine (since passed on) helped me with it. Trying to get re-motivated to start using it. I'm like all others on this discussion group, too many projects and time running out. Thanks for the info.

    BF Avery R

Got a chance at a model "R" Avery. It appears to be in great shape, no smoke, painted. What's the limit for these. Ive only seen two. A lot of "A"s seem to be around.

    JD 40W

What is value of 1955 JD 40W all fuel? All original, not restored other than engine rebuilt and great tires?

    MF65 gas

Motors runs great at idle, under load, engine appears to backfire through exhaust. Thanks

    64 4000 lift

Lift will not pick up two bottom plows, but will pick the world up at the end of a lift pole. Is this due to the valve inside top link? I'm using the top hole in yoke. Thanks
