    Looking into 3pt Tillers

1st gear is plenty slow enough for my 135 to do a good hob. Creeps along slower than some others I've used it with.

    Looking into 3pt Tillers

I'm using a 6 ft and most of the time it is hooked to a MF 135.

    Battery Chargers...

I would have been more surprised if you tested three new ones and they all worked. I try not to buy much new if I can find something at an estate sale, but got burned on the last air compressor I bought to replace an old one. It was easier to repair what was supposed to be new than deal with...

    Battery Chargers...

I've got a an small Schumacher about 40 years old that is still going, but rarely use it now unless the mower needs it when first run in the spring. I've added several of the little Noco Genius charger/maintainers over the past few years to keep the 6 and 12v stuff that doesn't get run as often...

    Shop lighting

I had one go out in about 8 years. There isn't much to them, just a piece of thin metal with ends and bulbs. The ones I use for grow lights get moved around and I figured more than one would have quit by now, but they are still going.

    Shop lighting

I use these cheapos from Amazon in a pole barn and also as grow lights to start plants. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BPN92M83?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_6&th=1

    Review of string trimmer reviews

8 or so years ago I bought some cheap Worx electric stuff. It all still functions and the original batteries are still good. About 5 years ago my wife wanted an electric trimmer for her to use, so since the other stuff did ok and they all use the same batteries I added one. It has become my...

    Corn Germination Problem

After the initial failure, I planted on my place and his with the same seed and plants on the same days using the same methods. Everything here grows fine.

    Corn Germination Problem

If yall know of a good home treatment for seed, please pass it on. I did a search and most was in high dollar quantities. I'll order something and give a short row a try when it dries out in a few days and see if it makes a difference. I usually grow enough field corn to grind for cornmeal...

    Corn Germination Problem

Interesting. Some seed was treated and some was not. Never seen evidence of a wire worm problem on anything excepts sweet potatoes, but that could be.

    Corn Germination Problem

Last year I was talking to my neighbor about watching for a few acres for sale close by for stuff that takes up the most room in my garden, since the open areas I have and could use have berms and swales and I really don't want to take the chance of it washing. He said he had some old pasture...

    MF 135 hydraulic leak

Yes, that is what made me curious. I'm not a mechanic at all, but would think the pressure would be constant regardless of level.

    MF 135 hydraulic leak

Bringing up this old one just to see if someone has an answer to satisfy my curiosity. Last year I bought a 135 and didn't notice any leaking signs anywhere. Mowed 6-8 hrs and had a leak at the PTO shaft and replaced the seal. While it was empty I changed the hyd filter and filled her back up...

    Brush killers

That is the best thing I've found to kill the woody stuff. Privet, wisteria, honeysuckle and any hardwoods that sprout back up where I've cleared areas and fence rows.
