    I'm not sure on a 4 speed but if you do a 3 speed you'll eliminate the low side of the top shaft. The high side gear will drive the countershaft and you will have 3 pulling gears to choose from on the pinion. The stock reverse will need to be welded to the top shaft and stock gear it meshes with...
