    F12 Timing Marks

I have just started into my F12 project, it is a 1933 with IHC engine. Can anyone tell me or show me with a picture where the timing marks are? My Case has a plug one can remove and center up the mark and I believe the Farmall letter series has an arrow and notches on the pulley. Maybe the...

    Carb cleaning issues

Thanks Old, the carb was completely together and I filled both ends with rags and taped them off before I blasted. There was four or five layers of old paint so thick half the screw heads were filled in.

    Carb cleaning issues

I?m not aware of any myself, I guess taking the entire thing apart soaking it, cleaning it and rebuilding wasn?t clear enough in my original post?

    Carb cleaning issues

I have a carb from a Farmall F12 that needs to be rebuilt. I have cleaned, sandblasted and soaked in PB Blaster and the majority of the adjustment screws and fittings(most of which are brass and we know fun it is working with brass hardware) are stuck in place. I would like to remove everything...

    F12 fuel pump questions

Sand blasting was going to be my next move. I want to remove all the old paint fron the top of the pump anyway. I will also look into the washer and/or grinding tricks. Thanks Fritz

    F12 fuel pump questions

Will the screen still seat and function? The last one I did was in a Case that was 17 years newer, lt looked a bit newer. It looks like that shaft was peened over and I don?t think the rebuild kit has a new one in it. Thanks

    F12 fuel pump questions

Started into the cleaning/rebuild of the fuel pump today Question 1. How Should I go about removing the pivot pin so I can continue cleaning the inside? <image src="http://forums.yesterdaystractors.com/photos/mvphoto11448.jpg"/> <image...

    1933 F 12

Thanks for all the info. I am far from paint, but what determines the paint color ? Year? Serial Number? Looking at my tractor it has definitely been repainted more than once. Just curious, thanks Gents!

    1933 F 12

Thanks, it?s not running for a reason. We don?t work on these things so they don?t run, right? It?s cold here and Working on the little stuff in the warmth of the garage is better than not doing anything. My in-laws have the tractor hidden behind four other tractors or I would bring it into the...

    1933 F 12

You can?t burst my bubble! I don?t care what year it is I?m just happy to have a project the Mrs. apprrves of. The # is FS 3399, the tag has been painted over, and looks to be rough. I just reference the numbers from the internet, if it?s on the internet it has to be true! I posted the...

Maybe I am jumping the gun on the mag, but the sed bowl is filled with snot and I just the figured it wouldn?t hurt the clean/rebuild the carb.

    1933 F 12

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! I caught the bug a few years back. I finished my first restoration on a 1949 Case SC this past summer. I entered in the local grange fair tractor parade just for fun and I received a 5th place ribbon. I am no mechanic, but I love to tinker and learn...
