    took the top of trans really dont know what im looking at but the bottom of shifter is really screwed up,nothing seems a miss with the gears,this may be the problem i hope

    1949/50 front dizzy,been sitting for 10 yrs, older restore,problem with gov,and no throddle response,will start and run,but only at half throdle but you can manually throddle it at carb but no response at the gov,tried to adjust the stop screw but still nothing,tried to adjust the governor rod...

    tube patches

    rust

    broke down a tractor tire today,and lots of rust on the inter tube,whats the best way to remove it with out harming the tube? the rim was trash not worth saving,shame its a hat rim,wasnt loaded but had been at some time

    Tractor Pull

    farmall ed which one were you? there were a lot of red machines pulling,and green too never seen any fords hahaha,really a great show,my first time ever watchin the pulls,just what was the horn for? had a blast watching the kids pull with the peddle tractors,never stayed all day maybe next year

    Cost of a haircut

    gas was 25 cents a gallon cigs were 26 a pack,soda pop was 5cents oh yes hair cuts were 1.00 that was east kentucky near the w.va line now you cant get a hair cut less than 15$$and its sad,maybe in the next life it will be better

    front mount distributer

    did that 4yrs ago on my 8n frount mount dist havent had any trouble ,still 6volt,o.p.claims that if you hook up battery wrong it will fry it,did that tried to start it,oh crap ive killed 135.00$$$$,never fazed it,

    Just a heads up on some smaller engines

    yep those little critters are every where,i have a ole farm truck,dont use it very often,went to start it ran maybe 2mins an shut off,started it again,ran less than 2 mins ,raised the hood and the air filter horn was completly covered,opened it up wow! the whole inside was full
